Most personalized orders are designed and shipped within seven to ten business days from proof approval. Larger event packages may take a little longer, so please reach out early for weddings, showers, and corporate events.
Absolutely. Photos, monograms, party colors, and event themes can all be added to cups, fans, lighters, and package favors. Just send us your idea and any images you want to use when you place your order.
Gift cards are coming soon. In the meantime, email us and we will help you design a personalized favor set that makes the perfect gift for someone you love.
Cups and shot glasses should be gently hand washed to protect the printed design. LED coasters are not waterproof, so remove them before cleaning. Store lighters and paddle fans in a cool, dry spot to keep the artwork looking fresh.
Once your order is ready, standard delivery typically arrives within three to five business days inside the United States. Expedited options are available for last minute events, just ask before you check out.
Because every order is custom made just for you, personalized items are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within seven days of delivery and we will make it right.
